Junior Medal
Open to all horses and ponies.
Jump Phase
Jump phase is judged mainly on efficiency, control, straightness and centeredness. Inside turns are preferred. Course will include 6-8 jumps and may include a canter jump, hand gallop jump, trot jump or halt. Top scoring riders will return for the flat phase.
Flat Phase
Flat is judged mainly on the ability to keep space between other riders, proper ring etiquette, efficient transitions, and smoothness. Riders may be asked to perform the halt, walk, trot, canter, extended canter, or back up.
Pony Medal
Open to ponies only.
